Tulsi Fabrics has spread itself worldwide through its multiple manufacturing units that display mammoth production capacity. Each unit homes state of the art machinery. Extension of 1,00,000 square feet to the existing manufacturing unit of 80,000 square feet is going to house machines like Somet Wider Width Jaq Looms and TFO machines. Starting with only 12 water jet machines to an incredible total of 92 machines now, the group has shown tremendous growth. The technology used at every step of manufacturing is of the highest order.
Apart from these, the company now boasts of 50 Juki & Brothers stitching machines, and state of the art optical fibre laser embroidery machines that are custom made to meet the quantity requirements and quality standards. The same machinery has made Tulsi Fabrics the first brand in Surat to introduce the futuristic embroidery technology. Employing well over 800 skilled and trained workers and ensuring ideal working conditions, the company has made its identity as one of the biggest names in the fabric industry.

A dedicated team of designers at Tulsi Fabrics, conducts constant research on the market trends, brainstorm ideas, and conceives 5 new designs on a daily basis for the customers. Digital prints are majorly done on polyester fabric and designs are created in every possible colour palette. The production capacity amounts to over 15,000 metres per month.
